WE THE PEOPLE OF NIGERIA!

If GEJ is a building contractor elected by Nigerians and he employs labourers with an average age of 70 to do the job while 80% of the youth in the population are not breaking a sweat, then something needs to be changed. If the ongoing National Conference (NC) was initiated towards redefining Nigeria and building her walls to make her a better country for her people, and the average age of the delegation is 61, while Nigeria as a nation is over 75% youths with and “one third of her population is young people between the ages of 10 to 24 years” according to UNFPA in 2011, then the national conference is not for the future but for the past because the future is not represented. All the members need to be sacked because they are not fit enough or in any physical or mental position to redefine or rebuild or define the path to repositioning Nigeria. They are too old, too weak and too tired to produce any true resolution or referendum that will change the lots of Nigeria or liberate her from "The Wolves of Niger Area" aka Corruption.

A few days ago, I read that the ongoing National "Sleepers" Conference and jamboree under the Order 13(3) of its draft Rules of Procedure, indicates that the final report of the Retirees Conference is expected to be submitted to President Goodluck Jonathan. Delegates present argued that they have wide-reaching powers and could even amend the Constitution or draft a new one entirely. Some delegates even kicked against any move to subject the report of the Conference to the scrutiny of the National Assembly, arguing that the legislature has always killed previous reports, making sane references and facts.  A delegate Olaniwun Ajayi said

“If by any mistake, the decision of the Conference is sent to the National Assembly, it will end just like others. The problems we have been facing for 54 years will not be solved. We will be on the wrong side of history by submitting our report to the National Assembly (NASS). We should send to the people of Nigeria through a referendum and say, we the people.”

And with this he called for the amendment of Order 13(3) to empower the Conference to send its report to Nigerians to take a decision on it through a referendum.

A few of our former "Yes Men" (Click the "Yes Men" to find out who they are) like Ken Nnamani argued for the status quo. He referred to our failed constitution and his lame ex-colleagues in the NASS as the superintendent law custodian even though he admitted that the elections that placed them in the offices to torment the citizens were flawed and delivered in irregularities.

Hassan Rilwan drew attention to Order 13 (2) that said the final report must be passed by delegates before it is signed by the Conference leadership and he further argued that youths have been marginalised, he called that they should be given opportunity to address issues on the floor. He buttressed his point by saying

“Most of those who are here caused some of the problems we are facing today…”

And  soon as he sat down, the conference continued with the unrepentant, dirty, sleeping, old cankerworms overseeing the conference (in dream land off course) agreeing that the report goes to the president.

How on earth does GEJ expect people that got it wrong out of greed in their youth to stand up to correct their wrong when they are already tired, old and sleepy, and still demanding respect for failing, living without anything worth living for, hoping that what they have stolen from Nigeria will keep their children rich forever be expected to deliver a worthy document? But never say never! Old men pray better and with the death of Hamma Missau, our referendum is already being given a celestial ratification in the heavens.

I shrink every time I hear the argument that the constitution must be followed, that the law of the land must be respected, yes it is true but that should be said only when the law is in the interest of the people and not some people. A law that convicts a man for murder on investigative assumption but allows a governor, whose convoy kills an activist to ride free on the ground of immunity, jails a man for allegedly stealing 10k but discharges a criminal like "Ibori" and grants a pension thief in billions a bail of 100k. Allow a minister that can't account for $43Bn fly a private jet on the country's purse, and maintains a Presidential Special Adviser “Reno Mockery” guilty of a felony in an exalted office with benefits. That constitution should be thrown in the trash. The law of the land as failed "We the people" a million times, why should failure still be held as the guiding principle on a journey towards rescuing Nigeria from the claws of this decay we daily decry? I think our resolve should not be sitting to watch things go wrong, but we must be patient, lest we break the pot that should hold our flower.

The rule of law should be honoured and respected but should never be a "blank cache" situation. In Nigeria, it has so far only brought pain on the citizens and I think for once the people should be allowed to choose where they want to go. The 1999 constitution was not constituted by the people let alone young people, it was crafted by the military for the people and it has only left a big hole in our pockets and life as a nation. This constitution being stoutly guided by this NASS as failed to protect the people, curb corruption or punish corrupt leaders, build Nigeria or maintain her sanity, the only thing it as succeeded in doing is ensuring that looters and killers are recycled every year, leaving the real generation of Nigerians that should be in the driving sit not even on the back sit, but at the bus-stop, waiting for a bus that might never arrive. I think this is an opportunity for the people to get on the bus at least, maybe this time, we will get the chance to guide the drivers to destination Nigeria.

Since we can’t stop the National Conference, in my OPINION, the confab should present a report that calls for a referendum, allowing the people to have an input in the direction or course their lives should take. A constitution that does not represent my interest should not be forced down my throat when it can be reviewed or even sacked for a new one. In every sane society, the constitution was instituted by the people's true representative, ours was instituted by the military and has been managed for years by retired military men and party representatives that are only representing the interest of a group of people with their name starting, braced or ending with a "P" and thus they've only been able to feed our lives with Problems and not Peace as we desire, if there is a chance to change this, then we must take the chance.

My Role and Your Role As a Citizen of The Earth

It’s like being a child of your parent, a brother or sister to your siblings, a husband or wife and father or mother to your children, a friend of your friends and problem to your foes, it is being a little bit of everything without conflicting your role as an individual or duplicating your identity to function as all of this characters at the same time, it occurs naturally, a part of your natural identity and it only takes you being you for you to function in this position all at once. Your being a father or mother to your children doesn’t stop you from being a child to your own parent or uncle to your nieces and nephew and more, it all happens at once, each unique role, perfectly performed at the same time without losing your identity, it the same as well as your role as a citizen of the earth, it is natural, undeniable and cannot be transferred, abandoned or ignored, and has nothing to do with your abilities, gender, status, background, faith, color or ideology, it is part of you being a little bit of everything as long as you are human and a change of name, gender, nationality or belief does not in any way nullify or change your role as a citizen of the earth.

Every element existing in this universe serves a unique purpose to maintain a balance in nature and so do I. My ability to identify and define this role substantiate my purpose for being here on earth and any attempt to abandon, shortchange, modify, reject or totally deny this role sums up to abuse, creating an imbalance that is irremediable by any other person than me, and this is true for all men it is therefore imperative for every man to first find his/her purpose as a human, find her place in the order of life and serve his/her purpose without reserve whether whole, blind, lame, deaf or dumb because only when this is done that the earth will remain livable for all and sundry for as long as it exists. The good news is that the role of every element of nature is predefined, but the big question is now, 

“How Do I Find And Play My Role Effectively?”

The role of every element on earth is indeed found in its nature and it is the same for man, but instead of functioning exclusively as humans, we intentionally bludgeon our role as defined by nature trying to be something beyond our reach, and creating more problems than nature itself can solve, calling on us to reverse our course and get back to nature.

We invented guns and bombs but instead of using it to hunt food, and break rocks for road, we turn it on each other and complain about war and conflict. We walked into the corridor of science but instead of curing diseases, we created more and tested it on humans just for the fun of it in the name of research. Immigrating horses are treated better than immigrating humans in the gulf of Arabia, and dove in the courts of the Vatican gets more grain and clean water than the children in war camps in Central African Republic or the Sudanese refugee camps in Kenya and yet we preach religion instead of concentrating on humanity as a single entity, either black or white. We polluted our planet by our own actions, but instead of cleaning it up with our reactions, we are thinking of running to Mars. How I wish we can just concentrate on our primary role of being humans, the custodian of the earth and north rulers or world power.

When a child is conceived, nature defines the fetus’ gender according to its needs; male or female, living the seed neither the choice of race nor nationality, only ensuring he/she joins the human race. Through education the child is groomed, and even without, the child is groomed as well and placed into an existing society to serve a pivotal role in the ecosystem of such but the excuse of choice and pleasure deludes us, and we dump our role as males, females, husbands, wives to become the opposite or nothing, abandoning our roles and leaving it to burden others, creating more irreversible problems and our biggest excuse is choice.

If homosexuality is a choice hinged on the freedom to choose a sex partner, then a word like “Incest” should not exist, it fits thesame criteria, "Choice of Partner", it’s all a choice as long as force is not applied in the choice process which makes it rape whether straight of homo. Let’s see who will give birth to the next generation, two males or two females romping on each other like bald grapes? Our roles as humans cannot be traded on the stock market of choice, it’s a function, a role that must be played or else, a bigger irreversible price will have to be paid.

The sad part of this development is that a good percentage of these medical wastes come from choices. George, a man suddenly gets tired of being a man and heads to the hospital to become a woman. Stella gets tired of looking like Stella and heads to a plastic or cosmetic surgeon with a picture of Beyoncé. To treat Malaria, a real sickness, one or two syringes will do the trick while an healthy George and Stella will generate a bucket load of health waste just for a pair of boobs in place of muscle, a strange genital where it shouldn't exist and a new look. Jane was born as black as Lupita, but now she’s as white as an albino with dark knuckles and knee cap, with a skin texture that wouldn’t allow him function beyond the dark hours but her knowledge is needed in broad day light so she denies the earth her nature given value, creating a problem for others to solve.

Hundred of children leaves with natural and birth defect needing real medical attention but they get none because they lack the fund or the doctor is busy making Jane look Beyoncé and George look more like a clown.

Governments spend trillions of dollars on military research every year and another truckload of billions of dollars on choice-based medical research while the real issues that affects humanity rely on philanthropy to get attention. Religion carts away trillions in tithes and offerings, seeds, zakat and more. The Imam rides with a convoy, the pastors and bishops fly and cruise and they still stand up to ask you to give your shirt to the naked, when the religious establishments are already rich enough to establish a clothing line dedicated to employing the jobless and clothing the naked. Our young and learning men lives in hostels not worthy to be ranked as jail houses for conmen, requiring only a few million bucks per annum to keep it livable and conducive for free, but instead, our congress men get billions in furniture allowances and they are still paid to sit.

Now the earth is at risk, Fukushima is busy feeding the sea with nuclear poison, Iran is nuke ready, the ozone layer is depleted and there are now two suns serving Maiduguri. Instead of war on poverty, maybe Detroit will be off the list of the most dangerous city on earth, America is busy searching for another Libya since they are unable to violate Syria, and Russia has got a perfect excuse to enter Ukraine, “we are protecting our people” they say, I wonder why the thirst for world domination?

Ammunition makers are in constant production with more research on death and destruction, while we are praying and dreaming for the wars to end on the streets and the borders of North Korea."What a dream!". An outright ban is still on Mary-jay sativa the healer but Tobacco the killer is rolled out in trucks and train, christened Cigar and Cigarette, after all, a lot of research is going on to help keep lung cancer patients longer on earth. “I think I need me a gun” like the Irish would say, who knows, a Zimmerman may be driving by tonight, returning from getting some crack in the corner, all in the name of CHOICE?

We all know our roles but we just refuse to play it, my role and your role is the same, it’s only clothed in different garments of a doctor, lawyer, engineer, politician, herbalist, government, citizens and more, our role as humans is not a choice we chose or a choice we can make, it is already defined by nature and it is on us to honour our identity, find our role and play it effectively.

My first role as a human is to be a man and next a Nigerian that lives for God and men. Amen!

What Our Misery en’Tales--- Let’s Take Back Nigeria #TakeBackNigeria

 “We have created 1.6M jobs for our teaming youths in the year 2013, more jobs to come through our transformation agenda” GEJ.

Blood flowed from my eyes when I saw pictures of millions of Nigerian youths, united in suffering at different stadia in Nigeria, waiting to write the Nigerian Immigration recruitment examinations. My heart ran out of blood and water was the only fluid in my veins, I went from pale to dead, white like a Mummy exhumed by an archeologist from the pyramids of Egypt. Soon the news of the stampede rent the hair, for a strange reason, I wasn’t surprised because I couldn’t feel anything anymore.

The Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) has just perfected the act of putting Nigeria in the Guinness Book of World Records with this perfect ruse, 520000 applicants at different test centers across 36 States in a single day? Wow! According to Moro only 4556 (Four thousand, five hundred and fifty six) vacancies existed, that’s approximately 127 positions across the 36 states of the federation, an estimated 40 million unemployed young Nigerians were invited to apply at an imposed fee of N1000. Over 520,000 people applied, perhaps those that could afford to beg, borrow or steal 1k, amounting to over N520M taking from all applicants across the nation. To justify this gate-taking, a ruse was planned and enacted to take place at stadia across Nigeria, with little or no provision for the expected crowd, just to show that the money paid was spent on organizing recruitment test on a mass scale. The ruse was a success, a grand scam that needs no further exaltation than the death of young Nigerians on the altar of disorganization, corruption, carelessness, wickedness all in the name of transformation agenda of president GEJ. This is not the first of its kind, the NDLEA carried out a similar recruitment scam when he was yet an acting President so it’s just a pattern repeating itself and Nigerian youths are too impoverished to say no to the lure of employment opportunity in public service because of the seeming job security it guarantees. Everybody wants to work in public service, not because they are lazy but majorly because of job security and the truth is that at least 10% of these mammoth crowds are employed, that is still a bad figure for the so-called transformation government of GEJ.

In a sane society with good governance, it would have been sensible if after 50000 applicants, an average of 10 applicants for each position, the portal is closed and an announcement is made to explain the closure, every sane Nigerian will understand these conditions and that will override any complaint from any corner or quarters. The NIS that we all know like every other government agency had probably already preselected employees based on internal relationship, recommendations and familial grounds and only announced the openings just for the purpose of making money from unsuspecting youths. If you are currently working in any organization, you will know that before job openings are made public, there is always an internal memo to that effect, now imagine the same situation in NIS, pre-selection and other internal procedures must have taken place and the real number of opening left would probably be just 100, now compare that to the number of applications they received. The whole examination was a ruse, an excuse to justify the stealing and now killing of Nigerian youths...

I won’t point fingers at GEJ, we already know how much value he places on the life of an average You and I, we’ve lost over a thousand Nigerians to terrorism alone in 2014, so ten or twenty dead job seekers is a product of impatience like the Minister of Interior and Comptroller of NIS Abba Moro said, my pain is that we might yet be distracted again and forget in no time, leaving the poor parents of the dead to lick their wounds in silence. Please don’t expect GEJ to sack or reprimand Abba, that won’t bring the dead back to life and it won’t produce the N520M+ either (chicken change). Besides Moro is a loyal aide of Senate President, David Mark, I am not surprised at his callousness too, he started his life as an “Agbero” (garage boy), and he’s used to the violence and bloodletting that goes on in bus parks.

Mrs Nellie Mayshak the DG of Pension Transitional Arrangement Department (PTAD) told the House of Rep. on live TV that there was no documentary evidence on the whereabouts of a missing N24bn released for Police Pension Fund and minutes later

Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala already came out to tell us that No money is missing from Police Pension Fund, she said the alleged missing money was discovered to be an over-estimation of pension’s arrears #Gbam!  and that’s the end of it.

Last year, it was N26Bn pension fund and the criminal simply said the fund was logged in an overseas account when it was discovered. Imagine Naija pensioners’ money growing fat in a UK account. That’s chicken feed compared to the NNPC internal cabal though, not to talk of the NLNG funds that are not accounted for anywhere in Naija’s record books.

Now back to reality. We already know that this administration is in total support Mediocrity, Corruption, Despotism with the army of sleazy men and women in her driving seats, and we are tired of the figures Aunty Ngozi is always coming up with. Even a blind deaf mute knows that this GEJ led crusade is unholy and uncaring, the only working arm of government is the corrupt one, if not, how come Wendell Slim, sorry, Reno “Mockery” is still a special adviser? Still poaching GEJ off special advice I guess. Let’s face the reality, GEJ led administration will neither sack nor punish these plunderers, but we can do it and we must. Imagine an army of youths, 100000 people strong, marching to the house of Diezani to demand #WhereIsOurMoney stolen through NNPC? Yes that’s the approach I am looking at, mass movement to the door step of the thieves.

I must commend and praise the media and journalist, they’ve been the punching arm of the people, unraveling and publicizing these atrocities and the sons of Belial behind it, but we know Belial is in the heart of GEJ and there is no way it will prosecute his own, we must come together as a unit and fight this parasitic government with our numbers and strength. If there are over 60000 youths in Abuja that could make it to the NIS examination centre, I am sure they will have enough strength to make it to the house of Ngozi since she’s in charge of the economy to demand #WhereIsOurJob as promised in the transformation agenda. I am going to ask the media and journalist for one more favour, we need the home addresses of these criminals. We want their family, friends, foes and neighbours to feel the stench and heat of their decay and if peradventure the criminals are neighours, it is only right to set their streets on fire without flames or violence but with our rage and anger.

I am calling on the Save Nigeria Group, let’s take this to where the flame is coming from, if we must sweat in the sun, let’s do it where it will send a real message and not where it will be of no effect. If they all relocate to Transcorp Hilton Hotel, we move the crusade there, I am a shareholder, so you have the permission roughen my turf Nigerian!  Our final crusade ground will be the ASO ROCK, but let’s start pruning this wild tree of GEJ led administration from the branches, once the branches are gone, we put our axes to the root so the stalk can fall without damaging anything the more. To start with, we need physical home addresses of the following people both home and abroad because this corruption saga is a family Ankara that must be torn and shredded by Nigerians and no one else:

This is a ground war, let’s take it off Twitter, Facebook and other virtual platforms, let’s use these them for organization alone. I use this opportunity to call on other Civil Right movement, Activist and Groups; it is time to #TakeBackNigeria let’s End The Tales.

Victoria Concordia Crescit... We will only win if we work in harmony, let’s come together as youths, let’s prioritize our lives and future like we prioritize the search for a secured job, let’s flush out this uncaring rulers, let’s change Nigeria for our children.
